Residential
All work is carried out in accordance with Part P of The Building Regulations 2013. As such the installation will conform to BS7671 Amendment No.3 January 2015. Assuring you that the work carried out meets the standard laid out by law. Upon completion of the works a certificate is issued to confirm complaince.
Landlord Certificates
If you rent out your property, it is your responsibility to ensure that the electrical supply is safe for your tenants. We can undertake all the required tests to ensure your tenenats safety and your peace of mind. A certificate is then issued to confirm that the installaion is safe for continued use.
